Cinnamon Apples
Really simple and warming. Works great a custard. Can also do this with pears.
Ingredients
- 3 apples, cored, peeled, and chopped
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
Directions
- In a pan, add all ingredients and mix well.
- Add a splash of water and place on a low-medium heat with the lid on.
- Cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot.
