Cinnamon Apples

Really simple and warming. Works great a custard. Can also do this with pears.


  • 3 apples, cored, peeled, and chopped
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg


  • In a pan, add all ingredients and mix well.
  • Add a splash of water and place on a low-medium heat with the lid on.
  • Cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Serve hot.
