Courgette and Spinach Smoothie

Really simple smoothie, great as a snack. For a little more, add in a scoop of protein powder.

Ingredients

  • 50g frozen banana slices
  • 100g frozen courgette slices
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 date
  • 180ml oat milk

Directions

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  • Kcal: 269
  • Protein: 9.1g
  • Fats: 11g
  • Carbs: 30g
  • Fibre: 5.7g
