Courgette and Spinach Smoothie
Really simple smoothie, great as a snack. For a little more, add in a scoop of protein powder.
Ingredients
- 50g frozen banana slices
- 100g frozen courgette slices
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 date
- 180ml oat milk
