Cucumber and Spinach Smoothie

A great greens smoothie. Add some protein powder to make into more of a meal.


  • 1/2 apple (90g)
  • 30g spinach
  • 150g cucumber
  • 40g avocado
  • 200ml oat milk
  • 1 date


  • Blend all ingredients until smooth.

  • Protein: 5.9g
  • Fats: 11g
  • Carbs: 32g
  • Fibre: 6.4g
