Cucumber, Lime and Mint Water

If you love a Mojito then you just have to try this!

Ingredients

  • 2 cucumbers, chopped
  • Juice from 10 limes
  • Large handful fresh mint
  • 100g maple syrup
  • 400ml water

Directions

  • Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
  • Pour through a sieve into a large jug with ice.
  • Add lime slices and fresh mint sprigs.

  • Protein: 2.6g
  • Fats: 1.4g
  • Carbs: 15g
  • Fibre: 1.5g
