Easy Sweet Chilli Prawn Stirfry

Super simple with some fun spiralized sweet potato. Some stores you can buy this pre done and so will save you even more time!

Ingredients

  • Spiralized Sweet Potato: 180g
  • Olive Oil: 1 tbsp
  • King Prawns (cooked): 250g
  • Stir Fry Vegetables: 260g
  • Sweet Chilli Sauce: 2 tbsp

Directions

  • In a wok on high heat, add the oil and sweet potato and stir for 3 minutes.
  • Add the prawns and stir fry veg and cook for 5-8 minutes until the veg is hot and cooked.
  • Add the sauce and salt and pepper and mix well.
  • Serve onto 2 plates and eat hot.
