Fig, Ham and Cottage Cheese Salad
A really easy salad where you just add all ingredients to a plate, protein rich and sweet.
Ingredients
- 30g spinach
- 120g cottage cheese
- 80g palma ham
- 100g figs, chopped
- 1 tsp runny honey
- 1 tsp olive oil
Directions
- Add spinach to your bowl and top with cottage cheese, ham and figs. Drizzle over the honey and olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
