Fig, Ham and Cottage Cheese Salad

A really easy salad where you just add all ingredients to a plate, protein rich and sweet.

Ingredients

  • 30g spinach
  • 120g cottage cheese
  • 80g palma ham
  • 100g figs, chopped
  • 1 tsp runny honey
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Directions

  • Add spinach to your bowl and top with cottage cheese, ham and figs. Drizzle over the honey and olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
