Harissa Prawn Spaghetti
Super easy spaghetti that’s full of flavour with a little spice.
Ingredients
- 150g wholewheat pasta
- 250g cooked, peeled, king prawns
- 30g rose harissa
- Juice from 1/2 lemon
- 1.5 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Directions
- Cook the spaghetti first according to the pack instructions. While this cooks, add the prawns and harissa to a frying pan cook for a few minutes on high heat. Add the lemon juice and mix.
- Once the spaghetti is cooked, add into the pan and give it all a good mix around. Serve onto 2 plates and sprinkle over the parsley.
