Mixed Berry Overnight Oats
A simple breakfast, made the night before so it’s ready to go when you get up. Try mixing protein powder in with youryoghurt for added protein.
Ingredients
- 150g mixed berries
- 40g oats
- 120g plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp honey
Directions
- Place half of your berries in a jar and top with half of the oats.
- Layer half of the yogurt over the oats and drizzle 1/2 tsp honey over the top.
- Use the remaining berries to create another layer by layering up with the remaining oats, yogurt, and honey.
- Pop the jar in the fridge overnight. By morning, the oats will have soaked up the juices and become nice and soft.
