Mixed Berry Overnight Oats

A simple breakfast, made the night before so it’s ready to go when you get up. Try mixing protein powder in with your yoghurt for added protein.


  • 150g mixed berries
  • 40g oats
  • 120g plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp honey


  • Place half of your berries in a jar and top with half of the oats.
  • Layer half of the yogurt over the oats and drizzle 1/2 tsp honey over the top.
  • Use the remaining berries to create another layer by layering up with the remaining oats, yogurt, and honey.
  • Pop the jar in the fridge overnight. By morning, the oats will have soaked up the juices and become nice and soft.
