Adding garlic to mushrooms is divine! Millet bread may not look like a good thick slice of bread, but does taste really goodand is best toasted.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of Millet Bread
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 150g brown mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Directions

  • Toast the millet bread and place it on a plate.
  • In a frying pan on high heat, add the oil, mushrooms, garlic, and thyme. Cook for a few minutes.
  • Turn the heat to medium and continue to cook for a further 8 minutes, until the mushrooms are soft, stirring occasionally.
  • Serve the cooked mushrooms on top of the toast and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
