Pea Pasta and Tofu

A super easy and simple meal. The pea pasta and tofu enables you to have a decent amount of protein in this meal.


  • 250g pea pasta
  • 400g mixed frozen vegetables
  • 450g tofu, chopped into cubes
  • 160g vegan basil pesto


  • Cook the pea pasta as recommended on the pack – usually boil in water for 9-10 minutes.
  • Cook this with the frozen veg at the same time in the same pan.
  • Once cooked, drain, add the tofu and pesto and season with salt and pepper and mix.
  • Serve.
