Peach Yoghurt Icecream

Really simple and can be tried with any frozen fruits. Try adding cinnamon, vanilla or cacao for extra flavours.

Ingredients

  • 200g peaches, chopped and frozen
  • 160g Greek yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp maple syrup

Directions

  • Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Serve immediately as it will melt quickly.
  • If you find it’s too thick and getting stuck and not churning, add 1 tbsp milk at a time until the mixture is thick but churns.
