Peach Yoghurt Icecream
Really simple and can be tried with any frozen fruits. Try adding cinnamon, vanilla or cacao for extra flavours.
Ingredients
- 200g peaches, chopped and frozen
- 160g Greek yoghurt
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp maple syrup
Directions
- Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately as it will melt quickly.
- If you find it’s too thick and getting stuck and not churning, add 1 tbsp milk at a time until the mixture is thick but churns.
