Peanut Butter and Banana Chia Oats
A really quick and simple meal that can be made within 10 minutes.
Ingredients
- 80g banana
- 30g oats
- 30g chia seeds
- 10g hemp seeds
- 30g smooth peanut butter
- 150ml almond milk
Directions
- Mash the banana in a bowl and then add the oats, chia, hemp, peanut butter and almond milk and stir until well mixed.
- Pour into a bowl or a glass jar.
- Leave to soak overnight in the fridge.
