Peanut Butter and Banana Chia Oats

A really quick and simple meal that can be made within 10 minutes.


  • 80g banana
  • 30g oats
  • 30g chia seeds
  • 10g hemp seeds
  • 30g smooth peanut butter
  • 150ml almond milk


  • Mash the banana in a bowl and then add the oats, chia, hemp, peanut butter and almond milk and stir until well mixed.
  • Pour into a bowl or a glass jar.
  • Leave to soak overnight in the fridge.

  • Carbs: 42g
  • Fibre: 18g
