Plum and Blackberry Smoothie

A delicious smoothie. Add protein powder if you prefer a higher protein content.


  • 1 plum, halved, stone removed
  • 50g blackberries
  • 80g frozen sliced banana
  • 25g oats
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 250ml almond milk


  • Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  • Kcal: 270
  • Protein: 7.5g
  • Fats: 5g
  • Carbs: 45g
  • Fibre: 8g
