Plum and Blackberry Smoothie
A delicious smoothie. Add protein powder if you prefer a higher protein content.
Ingredients
- 1 plum, halved, stone removed
- 50g blackberries
- 80g frozen sliced banana
- 25g oats
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 250ml almond milk

- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
