Plum and Yoghurt Breakfast Pot

A lovely breakfast which is creamy and fruity. If you prefer things a little more tart, then don’t add the honey. Protein powder can be added with the yoghurt if you prefer more protein in the morning.

Ingredients

  • 3 small plums
  • 3 dried apricots
  • 260g Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2 tbsp oats
  • 2 tbsp almonds, chopped

Directions

  • Take the stone out of one plum and place the plum into a blender/food processor with the apricots. Blend well.
  • Mix the blended fruit into the yogurt and add the cinnamon and honey. Mix thoroughly.
  • Divide the yogurt mixture into 2 jars or bowls.
  • Chop the remaining plums into small chunks and discard the stones.
  • Place the oats, almonds, and chopped plums on top of the yogurt.
  • Enjoy your plum and apricot yogurt with oats and almonds!
