Plum and Yoghurt Breakfast Pot
A lovely breakfast which is creamy and fruity. If you prefer things a little more tart, then don’t add the honey. Protein powder can be added with the yoghurt if you prefer more protein in the morning.
Ingredients
- 3 small plums
- 3 dried apricots
- 260g Greek yogurt
- 3/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 tbsp oats
- 2 tbsp almonds, chopped
Directions
- Take the stone out of one plum and place the plum into a blender/food processor with the apricots. Blend well.
- Mix the blended fruit into the yogurt and add the cinnamon and honey. Mix thoroughly.
- Divide the yogurt mixture into 2 jars or bowls.
- Chop the remaining plums into small chunks and discard the stones.
- Place the oats, almonds, and chopped plums on top of the yogurt.
- Enjoy your plum and apricot yogurt with oats and almonds!
