Pumpkin Spice Smoothie
Fancy a smoothie that’s different from your usual, then look no further.
Ingredients
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 80g frozen banana
- 100g pumpkin puree (or butternut squash)
- 12g cashew nuts
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch nutmeg
- 10g pumpkin seeds
- 200ml almond milk
Directions
- If you are not sure what pumpkin puree is, all it is is roasted pumpkin, blended and then left on a sieve so excess juices run out. Super simple. Also goes great in curries and stews.
- Blend all ingredients until smooth. If too thick, add more milk or water and blend again.
