Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

Fancy a smoothie that’s different from your usual, then look no further.


  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 80g frozen banana
  • 100g pumpkin puree (or butternut squash)
  • 12g cashew nuts
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch nutmeg
  • 10g pumpkin seeds
  • 200ml almond milk


  • If you are not sure what pumpkin puree is, all it is is roasted pumpkin, blended and then left on a sieve so excess juices run out. Super simple. Also goes great in curries and stews.
  • Blend all ingredients until smooth. If too thick, add more milk or water and blend again.
