Rhubarb and Honey water

A really refreshing beverage you need to try

Ingredients

  • 400g rhubarb (raw), chopped
  • 750ml + 1 litre water
  • 80g honey

Directions

  • Blend the rhubarb into a pulp and place the rhubarb pulp into a bowl and add 750ml of hot water.
  • When cool enough, cover and place into the fridge.
  • Heat 1 litre of water with the honey, then set aside tuntil cool.
  • Strain the rhubarb mixture into the honey water and mix well.
  • Strain the rhubarb mixture into the honey water and mix well. Pour into an iced pitcher with fresh mint and orange slices
