Rhubarb and Honey water
A really refreshing beverage you need to try
Ingredients
- 400g rhubarb (raw), chopped
- 750ml + 1 litre water
- 80g honey
Directions
- Blend the rhubarb into a pulp and place the rhubarb pulp into a bowl and add 750ml of hot water.
- When cool enough, cover and place into the fridge.
- Heat 1 litre of water with the honey, then set aside tuntil cool.
- Strain the rhubarb mixture into the honey water and mix well.
- Strain the rhubarb mixture into the honey water and mix well. Pour into an iced pitcher with fresh mint and orange slices
