Scrambled Eggs and Salmon on Rye

A simple breakfast which has well balanced macros.


  • 3 medium eggs
  • 1.5 slices Rye bread (120g)
  • 40g Smoked salmon
  • 1/2 tsp butter


  • Beat the eggs and then place in a non-stick frying pan on medium heat and stir constantly until cooked.
  • Butter your rye bread and place on top the smokedsalmon and then place the scrambled eggs on top.
  • Season with salt and pepper.

  • Protein: 35g
  • Fat: 25g
  • Carbs: 42g
  • Fibre: 12g
