Scrambled Eggs and Salmon on Rye
A simple breakfast which has well balanced macros.
Ingredients
- 3 medium eggs
- 1.5 slices Rye bread (120g)
- 40g Smoked salmon
- 1/2 tsp butter
Directions
- Beat the eggs and then place in a non-stick frying pan on medium heat and stir constantly until cooked.
- Butter your rye bread and place on top the smokedsalmon and then place the scrambled eggs on top.
- Season with salt and pepper.
