Soya Yoghurt Fruit and Nut Bowl
Simple easy breakfast. If you prefer less of a crunch with the hemp seeds, then mix with the yoghurt and leave to soak for at least 20 minutes.
Ingredients
- 200g plain soya yoghurt
- 50g blueberries
- 50g raspberries
- 30g chopped mixed nuts
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tsp maple syrup
Directions
- Put the yoghurt into a bowl and top with berries, chopped nuts and seeds.
- Drizzle over the maple syrup and serve.
