Soya Yoghurt Fruit and Nut Bowl

Simple easy breakfast. If you prefer less of a crunch with the hemp seeds, then mix with the yoghurt and leave to soak for at least 20 minutes.


  • 200g plain soya yoghurt
  • 50g blueberries
  • 50g raspberries
  • 30g chopped mixed nuts
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp maple syrup


  • Put the yoghurt into a bowl and top with berries, chopped nuts and seeds.
  • Drizzle over the maple syrup and serve.
