Spring Smoothie
Smoothies are super simple and make a great breakfast or snack for on the move.
Ingredients
- 30g vegan protein powder
- 30g peas (fresh or frozen)
- 100g cucumber
- 10g spinach
- 60g frozen berries
- 170ml coconut milk
- 20g cashews
Directions
- Blend everything together until smooth.
- If it’s too thick, add a little water and blend again.
