Spring Smoothie

Smoothies are super simple and make a great breakfast or snack for on the move.


  • 30g vegan protein powder
  • 30g peas (fresh or frozen)
  • 100g cucumber
  • 10g spinach
  • 60g frozen berries
  • 170ml coconut milk
  • 20g cashews


  • Blend everything together until smooth.
  • If it’s too thick, add a little water and blend again.
  • Kcal: 301
  • Protein: 38g
  • Fat: 11g
  • Carbs: 11g
  • Fibre: 4.8g
