Summer Berry and Yoghurt Chia Pot

A great chia pot with a different way of mixing in berries. Using yoghurt makes it creamy and thick.

  • 180ml full fat milk
  • 180g full fat yogurt
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds (30g)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 15g vanilla protein powder
  • 1⁄2 tsp vanilla bean paste
  • 200g mixed berries

  • Mix together everything except the berries in a bowl until smooth.
  • In another bowl, add half of the berries and crush flat with a fork.
  • Pour in half of your chia mix and mix well.
  • Cover both bowls and leave to set for a minimum of 1 hour, or leave overnight.
  • To serve, pour the berry mixed chia into 2 pots, then layer the plain chia mix on top and top with the leftover berries.
