Summer Berry and Yoghurt Chia Pot
A great chia pot with a different way of mixing in berries. Using yoghurt makes it creamy and thick.
Ingredients
- 180ml full fat milk
- 180g full fat yogurt
- 3 tbsp chia seeds (30g)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 15g vanilla protein powder
- 1⁄2 tsp vanilla bean paste
- 200g mixed berries
Directions
- Mix together everything except the berries in a bowl until smooth.
- In another bowl, add half of the berries and crush flat with a fork.
- Pour in half of your chia mix and mix well.
- Cover both bowls and leave to set for a minimum of 1 hour, or leave overnight.
- To serve, pour the berry mixed chia into 2 pots, then layer the plain chia mix on top and top with the leftover berries.
