Summer Smoothie
A great way of packing in lots of fruit and veg to if you have a hectic morning. This is a rich fruity flavour. Use frozen fruit and peas for a nice chilled smoothie.
Ingredients
- 30g vanilla vegan protein powder
- 65g beetroot
- 30g spinach
- 40g frozen peas
- 100g mixed berries
- 12g cashews
- 300ml unsweetened cashew milk
Directions
- Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
