By engaging in an initial consultation with Steve Grant Health and ticking the box for the Terms of Engagement on your Health Assessment Questionnaire, you agree to the following terms of engagement.
Nutritional Therapy and Functional Medicine
You are engaging with Steve Grant as a Qualified Nutritional Therapist. Steve has also undergone extensive training in Functional Medicine as well as a Sports Science Degree. Steve combines these approaches and views the body as a network of interconnected systems. As part of this, Steve uses a wide range of tools to assess & identify potential imbalances.
This approach also acknowledges that as an individual, your genetic make-up and physiology are unique - something referred to as biochemical individuality. Using the above, together with the application of nutritional and lifestyle science, Steve makes personalised nutrition and lifestyle recommendations. Owing to the nature of nutrition and lifestyle therapy, biochemical individuality and behavioral change variables, specific results cannot be guaranteed.
It is your responsibility to inform your doctor of all medical concerns. You are also advised to keep your doctor informed of the nutrition and lifestyle changes you may be making.
