I went to see Steve with what I thought was an impossible task… Not only to lose weight but to lose muscles too. For my work as a Stunt Performer I have to look as similar to the actress I am doubling as possible, and as I have done sports my whole life trying to look super skinny just isn’t what my body is supposed to look like.
I tend to gain muscle easily because of my background in sports such as gymnastics and as Steve mentioned in part my genetics. I thought the only way to do it was by starving myself, but apart from being impossible and very unhealthy it was counterproductive as I need lots of energy for my job which is very physically demanding.
Steve pointed out things that were leading to fat gain in my diet and lifestyle that I would never have known about or considered in a million years, things not even related to food which surprised me. By following the nutrition and training plan Steve set out for me which was very specific to my goals and body type, I was able to lose body fat and even muscles (which I honestly thought was impossible) all while having enough energy to work.
He is so supportive and encouraging. He is like an encyclopaedia of weight loss and healthy living. I have gained so much knowledge about food and diets from him as any questions I have however random he can always answer them.

As a stunt performer for film and television, I was also very fortunate to play for the NEC Harlequins and England U-19’s which made me think i had quite a good understanding of nutrition. During filming on Snow White and the Huntsman I was told all about Steve and how this diet was making such a big difference to so many not only physically but especially mentally.
I was immediately interested as i thought i could do with the extra energy boost to help with the long hours and the run of the film. It was amazing to hear just how knowledgeable Steve was. What I thought were unimportant symptoms were major signs of Gluten and Dairy intolerance which were addressed.
It was then that I realised how little I knew about nutrition and how grateful I was to have been put in touch with Steve. After only a couple of weeks the difference was INCREDIBLE, not only was I feeling a lot more energised, my mood had completely changed giving the feeling that nothing was too much to handle and as a bonus I dropped 4kgs of body fat within the 3rd week.
I started the diet at 87kgs with an approx body fat of 14% and am now a much leaner 83kgs with a 10% body fat. If you are after “healthy” fast results and care about your health I honestly don’t have enough good to say about my experience with Steve.

My background in sport started when I was 7 years old when I joined an athletics club, which progressed to kickboxing in which I won European and British titles, on that platform I went on the win TV’s Gladiator game show and for the last 20 years I have been a Stunt Performer doubling many actresses including Angelina Jolie, progressing to Stunt Coordinator which involves creating and directing the action for the film.
I have never had a nutrition or weight problem throughout my life until I suffered injuries which restricted my training; the injuries came more and more and resulted in me being out of action for 6 years.
This had a knock on my life, and along with my long working hours, my energy levels suffered, my concentration and my psychological approach dwindled.
After one session with Steve Grant I became transformed, sounds cliché I know, but the tweaks he made to my diet and other aspects of my well-being improved me after 3 days. Now four months down the line with 2 maintenance appointments I am back to the weight I was when I was kickboxing, my energy levels are the same as when I was 25 years old and my brain is so alert, I feel like a new person.
I thought I knew all about nutrition but I was so wrong. If I knew Steve when I was at the peak of my fighting career I know I would have won that elusive world title I was always after.

I started working with Steve , because I was experiencing inconsistent energy levels at during our long days in the film and TV industry, I was also putting on fat very quickly and not being able to lose it.
My first session with Steve I weighed 89.4kg and my overall body fat percentage was 20.2%. Steve helped me completely change my eating and training patterns, and accommodated the nature of my work in his recommendations. Within 12 weeks I lost 6kg, gained 2.5kg of muscle mass and my body fat had dropped to 11.2%. My energy is now very consistent and my mental focus has improved. He also gave me a food protocol and supplement protocol to help me recover after training sessions.

Steve has helped me out tremendously. I originally went to see him to lose weight on my legs. This was in order to get down to the same size as the actress that I was doubling for on a movie. Well since then I have become addicted to nutrition and the importance of not only eating right, but drinking the right quantity of water, getting the right amount of sleep and all the other factors that go into maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I have never felt better about myself. Not only to look at, but my energy is a lot better throughout my long days at work, my mood changed, and even my skin feels better.
What I also like about Steve, is that he genuinely cares about all of his patients. If I have a question he will bet there to answer any time of day, and he always maintains contact throughout to see how you are getting on, asks if there is something that doesn’t agree with me or something that needs changing etc.
Steve’s accuracy in targeting certain areas on the body, or certain goals never seize to amaze me. Whenever I go to see him with a specific goal, he gives me a nutritional plan and without doubt, if I stick to it 100%, my goal will be achieved. I would highly recommend Steve to anyone.

I started seeing Steve early this year as unbeknown to me I had some quite serious health conditions that were going untreated.
All I knew at the time was I kept getting infections on different parts of my body that would literally incapacitate me. Once the infection was out I would need antibiotics quickly or the infection would put me in hospital.
Over the period of about 5 years twice I was admitted to hospital and at least 10-12 courses of antibiotics. I would normally suffer from one or two of these infections a year until this year when I had three at the same time. Our lovely medical service had no idea what was causing them. Every time I had to see a Doctor I was referred for diabetes but after testing my results always came back negative.
So, I was recommended Steve from a friend and this is where my journey to health started.
Steve was fantastic he quickly ran some tests not previously ran through the NHS and found the problem straight away.
Steve explained all his findings to me and what we needed to do to get my health back. 6 months later my health is back to where I want it, no infections and vast improvements in my health across the board.
From the moment I started seeing Steve I was impressed how professional he was and the depth of knowledge that he has. Thank you Steve.

Having trained most of my life and being a stunt man I had a good understanding of exercise but never a good understanding of proper healthy eating and how to manage them both. I was training loads but not losing weight like I wanted so having heard a lot about Steve from my friends who had been to see him I decided it would be a good idea to see him myself.
He gave me a meal plan and also changed around my training (cutting my gym time by more than half) I found that I was getting results really quickly and seeing good progress. I don’t like the idea of a diet and told Steve that I didn’t want to constantly feel hungry and he assured me if I followed what he gave me then I wouldn’t and I haven’t which is great. 10 months on and I’m still keeping to the plan and I’ve slimmed down a lot, feel healthier for it and in a condition that I wanted to be when I first went to see him so I couldn’t be more pleased. Steve practices what he preaches and is a real friendly guy who is always there for advice and help if you need him. Glad I made the choice to see him and would advice anyone who was interested to see Steve as well.
