Apple and cinnamon tea

A fruity tea with great flavour to try. Can make it in bigger batches and also great cold over ice.

Ingredients

  • Water: 4 mugs
  • Apples: 2, sliced
  • Green tea leaves: 2 tsp
  • Cinnamon stick: Around 8cm
  • Fresh ginger: Thumb size, chopped
  • Honey: 2 tsp

Directions

  • Place all ingredients into a pan.
  • Bring to the boil.
  • Reduce the heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
  • Strain and serve hot.
