Apple and cinnamon tea
A fruity tea with great flavour to try. Can make it in bigger batches and also great cold over ice.
Ingredients
- Water: 4 mugs
- Apples: 2, sliced
- Green tea leaves: 2 tsp
- Cinnamon stick: Around 8cm
- Fresh ginger: Thumb size, chopped
- Honey: 2 tsp
Directions
- Place all ingredients into a pan.
- Bring to the boil.
- Reduce the heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
- Strain and serve hot.
