Apple Juice
Simple, non juicing apple juice.
Ingredients
- 9 apples, cored and sliced
- Water
- Cinnamon
Directions
- Pop the sliced apples in a large pan and cover with enough water to just cover them all.
- Bring to the boil, place on a lid and turn the heat down, and simmer for 25 minutes.
- Pour the mixture through a tight mesh sieve and discard of the skins and larger bits.
- Stir in as much cinnamon as you like, I use 1/4-1/2 tsp.
- Place in the fridge to cool.
- Serve cold and use within 5 days.
