Apple Juice

Simple, non juicing apple juice.


  • 9 apples, cored and sliced
  • Water
  • Cinnamon


  • Pop the sliced apples in a large pan and cover with enough water to just cover them all.
  • Bring to the boil, place on a lid and turn the heat down, and simmer for 25 minutes.
  • Pour the mixture through a tight mesh sieve and discard of the skins and larger bits.
  • Stir in as much cinnamon as you like, I use 1/4-1/2 tsp.
  • Place in the fridge to cool.
  • Serve cold and use within 5 days.
